PGBI Leadership Summit in Region 10
Sometimes last month, the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. – Region 10 Leadership Summit was successfully held at the Kawa venue in Matangad, Gitagum, Misamis Oriental. The summit served as a unifying occasion that gathered founders, presidents, and members from various chapters across the region, fostering a spirit of camaraderie, leadership development, and brotherhood strengthening.

Esteemed regional speakers from Region 10, notably members of the Salvador De Oro Chapter—namely Romeo “FRMG GWAPO” M. De Asis, Douglas Kent “RMG EDITOR” R. Maña, and Luzmin “RMG AUGUSTMAY” N. Gaid—graced the event with their presence and inspiring messages. Their speeches emphasized the core values of integrity, responsible leadership, organizational discipline, and active engagement in pursuing the organization’s mission and vision. Each speaker shared profound insights that motivated members to remain dedicated, proactive, and united in their shared purpose.
The assembly was attended by representatives from six chapters, each with their respective founders, presidents, and members:
- Family Chapter – led by President Generoso “FRMG JOAB” A. Clarabal, Vice President Ali Oro “RMG Dog” C. Ramos, along with 22 members.
- Salvador De Oro Chapter – led by President Romeo “FRMG GWAPO” M. De Asis, Vice President Elsie “RMG LC” M. Ramos, and 8 members.
- Lumboy-Indahag Chapter – represented by President Romeo “MG ROYAL FOX” M. Flores and 1 member.
- Metro Carmen Chapter – headed by President Romelito “FRMG NOVEL” M. Nob, Vice President Rudyard “MG Kepper” S. Velez, and 9 members.
- Sto. Niño Tablon Chapter – led by President Juditho “FRMG JAGB” B. Jagape, Vice President Joel “RMG Jab” M. Bravo, and 8 members.
- Initao Chapter – represented solely by President Felix “RMG RADAL” B. Jariolne.
Regrettably, two chapters—Calacapan and Sandigan—were unable to attend due to members’ work commitments.
The venue provided an ideal setting conducive to learning, fellowship, and meaningful discussion. The atmosphere fostered active participation and open dialogue among attendees. The event was complemented by abundant and delicious food, which added warmth and comfort to the gathering. The Family Chapter, as the host, demonstrated exemplary hospitality, ensuring that all participants felt welcomed, valued, and well-cared for throughout the event.
The Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. – Region 10 Leadership Summit concluded with strengthened bonds of camaraderie, renewed dedication, and a heightened sense of responsibility among all members. The event reaffirmed Region 10’s unwavering commitment to uphold the organization’s principles, promote unity among chapters, and continue serving with honor, integrity, and purpose.
Special thanks are extended to the Family Chapter, led by Generoso Clarabal and Ali Oro Ramos, as the gracious host chapter. Gratitude is also extended to the Vice Mayor and Kagawad for their warm hospitality. The event was made even more memorable by the delicious, nutritious food and the snacks served—truly, “Busog Lusog ang All!”
