Memorandum
A memorandum, commonly known as a memo, is a concise written communication used within an organization to convey information, instructions, or requests. It is typically used for internal communication among PGBI members, leaders or chapters. Memos are formal documents that usually include the date, recipient’s name, sender’s name, subject, and the main message or purpose of the communication. They are often used to inform, clarify policies, provide updates, or document decisions. Memos help ensure that important information is clearly and efficiently shared within an organization.
