Resolutions

Resolutions are formal decisions or expressions of opinion adopted by a group, such as a national executive council (NEC), board of directors (BoD), a committee, or an organization during a meeting. They are official statements that outline specific actions to be taken, policies to be implemented, or positions to be adopted. Resolutions help formalize decisions, provide clear guidance for future actions, and often serve as legal or administrative records. They are typically drafted, discussed, and then voted on before being adopted as the group’s formal stance or directive.
