Fernando “FRMG ELSEWHERE” Malamion is a distinguished and dedicated individual who serves as one of the key Corporate Incorporators and a co-founder of the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. (PGBI) from Pugo, La Union and lives in Baguio City, Benguet. His unwavering commitment to the organization’s mission and his leadership qualities have significantly contributed to its growth and unity. Known for his resilience and passion, Fernando is highly respected within the community, especially in the Cordillera Region. His line is an open active connection with the National President and Chairman GS MEL in the past months, as he is expected to accept our invitation to attend the National Convention in Cebu City this coming summer months. We eagerly anticipate his return to our fold, confident that he will once again lead the Cordillera Chapter with renewed vigor and vision.
