Region 1 Mini Convention and Oath-Taking Ceremony Held for Siwawer Chapter of Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood Inc. in Vintar, Ilocos Norte

Vintar, Ilocos Norte — Today, the Siwawer Chapter of the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood Inc. (PGBI) hosted a momentous event consisting of a mini convention, the Tripartite Meeting, and the oath-taking of its newly elected officers. The gathering took place at La Presidencia, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, uniting members and leaders from various chapters to reinforce camaraderie and organizational unity.

The event was graced by the presence of the National Chairman and President, Engr. Melliardine “GS MEL” G. Gamet, who attended as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In his inspiring speech, he emphasized the importance of steadfast leadership, discipline, and dedication to the Brotherhood’s core principles, encouraging members to serve with integrity and purpose.

Joining him were distinguished guests, including Hon. Marlon Ferdinand “FRMG MAR” Sales, a newly elected member of the Provincial Board for District 1 of Ilocos Norte; Engr. Rommel “FRMG POINTER” Ronquillo, Deputy Secretary-General; Elmer Rey “FRMG MEMCI” Dawal, NCR/Region 4A Representative; Bernardino “FRMG BERNZ” Rodillas, NEC Member and Region 1 Representative; and Noel “FGGF SCORPIO VI” Rabang, Regional Director of the Regional Founders’ Council, Region 1. Their presence underscored the strong support and unity among Brotherhood members and local leaders.

A significant highlight was the induction of Leland “FGGF LEO” Benigno, a retired Police Colonel, now affirmed as “Supremo” along with other founders, who were affirmed during the event. The founders’ markings of their Foundership were officially tattooed by the Grand Supremo, symbolizing their lifelong commitment and loyalty to the Brotherhood. Following this, their names were formally signed into the RED Book, marking their official recognition.

Despite having fewer than one hundred members in attendance, the gathering was remarkably well-organized and thoroughly prepared. The attendees demonstrated a high level of discipline and camaraderie, and the food served was excellent, provided free of charge as a gesture of brotherhood and hospitality. The National President/Chairman expressed his appreciation for how Region 1 organized and executed the mini convention, highlighting their dedication and professionalism in ensuring the event’s success.

The occasion also featured the oath-taking of the newly elected officers of the Siwawer Chapter, marking a new chapter of leadership committed to upholding the values and mission of the PGBI. The activity included a tripartite meeting where chapter officers discussed plans for community service, organizational development, and future initiatives.
