PGBI Conducts Necrological and Vigil Programs Across Negros Occidental and Other Regions

Negros Occidental – The Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood Incorporated (PGBI) has successfully conducted its annual Necro logical and vigil programs in various locations, emphasizing community solidarity and spiritual remembrance.

In Negros Occidental, PGBI organized a solemn Necro logical service commemorating fallen members and honoring the memory of loved ones. The event, held in different barangays, was attended by PGBI Negros Occidental members and other members who paid their respects through prayer and reflection. The programs aimed to foster unity and provide comfort to grieving families, reinforcing PGBI’s commitment to service and camaraderie.

Meanwhile, in La Castellana, Region 18, PGBI held a Vigil event that gathered members and residents in a night of prayer and vigil headed by no other than the Vice President for Visayas Glen “FRMG HAWK” Domingo and their Regional Chairman and Regional Representative for Region 18, MSgt Francis “FGGF FRANZ” Gubatayao. Notably, the chapter paid tribute to their late brother, Andry “RMG JR” Maranon, the Vice Chairman of the La Castellana Chapter. An original member, RMG JR was instrumental in the revival and rebuilding of the La Castellana Chapter, contributing significantly to its growth and strength. The vigil emphasized spiritual renewal, community bonding, and honoring his legacy.

In Ilocos, the PGBI community mourned the recent passing of the mother of Chairwoman Annaliza “RMG JL” Agulay. She died last Saturday, 28 February 2026. The organization expressed its condolences and conducted prayers for her eternal rest, showing support and compassion to the Agulay family during their time of grief.

Additionally, the increasing number of PGBI members and relatives passing away worries the National President/Chairman regarding their health condition, as they need to check on their well-being and ensure their health is properly monitored.

Furthermore, in region 1, Bernardino “FRMG BERNZ” Rodillas led the PGBI Region 1 specifically at the PGBI PAMULINAWEN Chapter vigil, participants engaged in a solemn night of prayer, reflection, and community fellowship. The vigil served as a platform for spiritual growth and reaffirmed PGBI’s dedication to fostering peace and unity within the communities they serve.

These programs are part of PGBI’s nationwide efforts to promote spiritual awareness, community engagement, and mutual support among Filipinos.
