    National Director-General, National Founders’ Council (NFC)

    PCOL Steve “SGF SKIPPER” Martir is a dedicated law enforcement officer and medical professional with a diverse career spanning various fields. He initially served as a dentist before transitioning to the Philippine National Police (PNP) as a Medical Officer at the Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (NOPPO). As a member of the APOLE (Association of Police Officer Lateral Entry), he entered the PNP through lateral entry and steadily rose through the ranks.

    He joined the GUARDIANS World as one of the creators of the PGBI (Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood Inc.) Article of Incorporators and became one of the original founders of the organization. He is also a member of the National Executive Council (NEC). Starting as a major, he advanced to Lieutenant Colonel and ultimately achieved the rank of Full Colonel. Currently, he serves as the National Director-General of the National Founders’ Council (NFC), where he continues to contribute his leadership and expertise for the development of the organization and the community.
