Today, I invite you to reflect deeply on our shared mission and rekindle the flame of sincerity, commitment, and love for God, country, and family.

The Sincerity is the Heart of True Brotherhood – Sincerity is the foundation upon which genuine brotherhood is built. It’s about being truthful to ourselves, our brothers, and our country. When we act with sincerity, we foster trust, unity, and strength within our organization. It’s in the small acts of honesty, kindness, and humility that we demonstrate our true character. Let us remember that our actions reflect our inner values—let sincerity be the guiding light that illuminates our path as Guardians.

Commitment: Standing Firm in Our Pledge – Being committed means more than just words; it’s about taking consistent, deliberate actions that align with our ideals. Our commitment to PGBI is a pledge to uphold discipline, service, and brotherhood. It’s about showing up in times of need, standing by our principles, and working tirelessly for the betterment of our community and country. When challenges arise, let our unwavering dedication be a testament to our resolve to be true GUARDIANS.

Sharing Time, Efforts, and Resources: Active Participation, Not Just Observation – True brotherhood calls us to be active participants. It’s not enough to wait and see what benefits the organization can offer us; rather, we are called to share our time, efforts, and resources willingly. We must sideline our egos, set aside personal interests, and embrace our brothers and sisters wholeheartedly. By doing so, we strengthen our bonds and truly serve as the hands and feet of our organization’s mission.

We shoulf an effective communication and knowledge sharing, pen and honest communication among brothers is the backbone of a strong and united organization. Sharing knowledge and ideas not only fosters understanding but also aligns with the PGBI curriculum and educational requirements. When we communicate effectively, we learn from one another, grow together, and ensure that our collective efforts are more impactful. Let us prioritize listening and sharing, knowing that our unity and progress depend on our ability to work as one.

Let Us Move Forward: Building Resources and Empowering the “Negritos” – Let us move on and reflect on how we have built our resources through our collective efforts. We should look at ways to prevent the “Negritos”—those marginalized or less organized—from being left behind. It is crucial to exercise their right to be represented and included in the battle for financial abundance and social development. By fostering exclusivity and empowering everyone, especially the undeserved, we strengthen our organization and our nation’s future.

Show Our Long-Time Silent Strength and Build Our Greatness – Let us show the long-time silent strength that has carried us through challenges and hardships. Our resilience, patience, and perseverance are the bedrock of our greatness. By recognizing and harnessing this silent strength, we can build a legacy of greatness that endures for generations. Our quiet but unwavering resolve is what will ultimately elevate us to new heights, making our organization and our nation truly formidable.

Have a Family Man’s Moral Stand – A family man should never resort to adultery; instead, he should focus on nurturing his family and upholding moral integrity. True strength lies in faithfulness and loyalty—values that should extend beyond personal relationships into our commitments with the organization and community. Moreover, a man should focus on one organization and give his best to it, rather than being a butterfly-like member, jumping from one group to another without genuine dedication. Stability, focus, and fidelity are the qualities that build trust and exemplify true manhood and guardianship.

The Love of God, Country, and Family: Our Divine Duty – At the core of our brotherhood lies an unshakeable love for God, country, and family. This love inspires us to serve with humility and sacrifice. It calls us to be models of faith, hope, and patriotism—leaders who uplift others and champion the welfare of our fellow Filipinos and our loved ones. Remember, our love for God guides our morals and actions; our love for our country fuels our patriotism; and our love for our families keeps us grounded and committed to our core values.

A Call to Action: Be the Change Our Nation and Families Need – Brothers and sisters, our country and families face numerous challenges—from social injustices to economic struggles. As Guardians, we are called to be agents of positive change. Let us embody sincerity in our dealings, remain committed to our duties, communicate openly, love God, country, and family wholeheartedly, and show our long-time silent strength. Additionally, let us actively participate by sharing our time, efforts, resources, and knowledge—moving beyond passive observation and ego—to truly serve our brothers, sisters, and loved ones. In doing so, we honor not only our organization but also the sacrifices of those who fought for our freedom and our families’ future.

Let Us Rise as True GUARDIANS – Together, let us renew our vow to serve with sincerity, stay committed in our mission, communicate openly, love God, country, and family, and focus on building lasting greatness rooted in integrity and loyalty.
