The Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. (PGBI) is a well-respected organization that embodies the ideals of brotherhood, patriotism, and social responsibility. PGBI was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Manila, Philippines, ensuring its legitimacy and formal recognition as a non-profit organization dedicated to its mission of service, patriotism, and brotherhood. This registration underscores the organization’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and adherence to legal standards that govern non-governmental organizations in the country. In addition, the organization undertook a significant rebranding effort by redesigning and updating its logo in April 2023. To protect its intellectual property and uphold its brand integrity, PGBI registered the new logo with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL). This move was part of a broader strategic initiative to reinforce the organization’s identity and professionalism.
Following the initial registration, in September 2023, PGBI further solidified its commitment to organizational integrity by registering the updated logo with IPOPHL, ensuring legal protection for its new visual identity. The rebranding of the PGBI logo marked a milestone after 23 years of existence, a decision made by the National Executive Council (NEC) in response to the widespread misuse and illegal activities associated with many groups claiming affiliation with PGBI. The NEC recognized the need to distance the organization from these unauthorized groups and to restore its reputation by establishing a fresh, distinct identity that reflects its core values of discipline, service, and patriotism.
At its core, PGBI is dedicated to community service and nation-building.
