Greetings in the spirit of Brotherhood. As your Vice President for Visayas, I address you with sincerity and a deep sense of responsibility toward our PGBI community.

I speak not only as an officer but also as a fellow GUARDIANS committed to upholding our principles of Justice, Integrity, Equality, and Peaceful Service. In light of recent developments, there may be questions raised by certain factions regarding our legitimacy and other sentiments expressed. These actions will test our leadership here today. However, as I have stated, we are prepared to face these challenges. We will present our organizational structure and necessary documents to clarify any misunderstandings. Some
factions may have misinterpreted our purpose.

In the spirit of transparency and accountability, the office of the VPV remains open at all times for dialogue with anyone questioning our legitimacy or identity. Respecting all factions, history has shown us that even the most prestigious institutions endure internal challenges. Such periods test the strength of an organization, but ultimately, legitimacy prevails when rooted in a solid foundation of history.

While factions may multiply or experience divisions, our PGBI remains intact and stronger than any fragmentation. You may feel uncomfortable because we are small in numbers, but what you do not realize is that we are the PGBI— an organization with an intact leadership structure in each region. We have
the 21 National Executive Council members and 18 Regional Directors, all supported by the National Founders Council headed by our very own PCOL Steve SGF SKIPPER Martir. Not only is SGF SKIPPER the Director General of the Founders’ Council, but he is also one of the three living legends as a Corporate Incorporator—an honor that no other PGBI group can claim. This makes what we have truly unique and exceptional. We should be very proud of this strong and solid foundation.

I strongly advise our members to avoid believing unverified information circulating on social media or gossip from unreliable sources. Proper clarification should come from the appropriate officers. We encourage consultation with our educational and legal teams to ensure that understanding is based on facts, not on speculation or misinterpretation.

Lastly, ask yourselves: Why do the original founders remain committed and stay with other leaders? Do you think they are just wasting their time and resources? Their continued presence and support are testaments to their unwavering belief in our organization’s purpose and future.

Aton dumdumon kon ngaa nagpasakop kita sa sini nga Kalibutan, ang aton pagpasalamat yara sa PGBI kag sa iya mga prinsipyo, indi sa tagsa-tagsa ka personalidad. Indi naton masiling nga kita masaligan sa aton National President kag Chairman tungod lang nga iya ginahimo sing insakto ang nakasulat sa aton konstitusyon—amo na ang rason nga ginahingyo naton siya kag ginahigugma. Ang mga lider tawo man kag may sala; wala sing perpekto nga institusyon. Dapat magpabilin kita nga matibay sa aton pagpasakop sa mga prinsipyo nga nagapahayag kon sin-o kita bilang mga Guardians. Kon magpabakod kita, magpasalig, kag magpabilin nga may pagtuo sa aton mga prinsipyo, malampuwasan naton ini nga tion kag maggwa nga mas kusog kag mas nagahiliugyon. Mabuhay ang mga National Leaders!
